Artists' Gallery Sunriver

Kelly Lish is a local artist, living in Redmond, Oregon. She is mostly self taught, and  over the years she has studied many media and techniques, including life sculpture, illustration, water colors, portrait painting, mixed media, jewelry, and acrylics. Today  her main media are acrylics, inks, and oil pastels. Her work has been sold in local boutiques in California and Oregon and in galleries in Oregon. Public works have included a mural for OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry), Washington Square Mall, Tigard, Oregon, and  Street of Dreams, Oregon.

Kelly was born and raised in Southern California. I love the sunshine and I miss the beaches, but I love Central Oregon so much. It’s where I’m supposed to be. I’ve always had such a strong imagination. I can not remember a time in my life that I wasn’t busy creating something!

Making fairy houses started about 7 years ago, as a small project for my back yard garden. It was so fun!  My imagination went on full speed and I’ve enjoyed every second of the creating process.  It can be so fun hunting for items that might work in a tiny house. Using found objects and repurposing them really grows the imagination!
